ProSculpt - CIEL Skills and Careers Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with Toc H Institute of Science & Technology (TIST), successfully organized a Virtual Job Fair aimed at providing ENGINEERING students with meaningful employment opportunities through a structured online recruitment process.
The first wave of the virtual job fair was conducted on 17th December 2025. The job fair began at 10:00 AM and concluded at 5:30 PM.
All recruitment activities were carried out via the ProSculpt integrated Zoom as platform, ensuring smooth coordination between students and recruiters.
The job fair witnessed strong participation, with 180 students applying for various roles. For each job position, the number of applications ranged between 25 and 60 candidates, making the selection process both competitive and comprehensive.

At the end of the first wave, 29 students successfully cleared the interview process and were issued offer letters, marking a significant achievement for the participants and the institution.
Following the success of the first phase, the second wave of the Virtual Job Fair is expected to be held by the end of January 2026. This phase aims to extend additional placement opportunities and further strengthen industry–institute collaboration.
