About the College (Avidus Academy of Management)

Avidus Academy of Management (AAM), based in Chennai, is a business school committed to developing management professionals through holistic learning, industry-aligned curricula, and practical exposure. The institution focuses on nurturing leadership, analytical abilities, and professional readiness among students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. AAM’s emphasis on employability and industry relevance makes it an ideal partner for ProSculpt’s career transformation initiatives.

Empowering Students Through Assessment-Led Career Readiness

In today’s rapidly evolving job market, employability requires more than academic performance—it demands clarity, adaptability, and industry-aligned skills. In response to this need, ProSculpt, the career transformation platform from the Ma Foi Group, has established a strategic, non-commercial collaboration with Avidus Academy of Management (AAM), Chennai, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on 1st September 2025.

As part of this partnership, eligible UG and PG students of AAM receive free access to the ProSculpt platform, enabling them to explore employability assessments, career diagnostics, and personalized readiness tools. Using ProSculpt’s MES (Employability Score) framework, students gain insight into their strengths, developmental areas, and alignment with industry expectations—helping them take informed steps toward successful careers.

Industry-Aligned Training & Placement Readiness Support

The collaboration extends beyond assessments to include structured training, interview preparation, and placement-oriented guidance. ProSculpt facilitates webinars, online learning sessions, and interactions designed to expose students to real-world expectations, emerging job roles, and practical career pathways.

Through assessment-based feedback and guided practice, students build confidence in communication, interviewing, and overall placement readiness—strengthening their transition from campus to corporate environments.

AI in Talent Acquisition Workshop – 20 and 21 January 2026

As part of the continuing partnership, ProSculpt and AAM launched an advanced talent acquisition (TA) capability-building workshop on 20 and 21 January 2026. This intensive one-day program is designed to give students a practical, industry-facing understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including foundational exposure to modern hiring approaches and ethical considerations in talent acquisition.

The workshop will incorporate interactive learning, scenario-based activities, and guided discussions, helping students understand how contemporary organizations plan, source, evaluate, and onboard talent. The program concludes with a structured assessment to reinforce learning outcomes and evaluate application of concepts.

Seamless Digital Delivery with Ethical Standards

All initiatives under the collaboration are delivered through the ProSculpt digital learning ecosystem, ensuring scale, accessibility, and data-driven insights. The MoU remains non-commercial, with scope for future value-added programs to be introduced separately. Student participation is voluntary, and all data collected is used strictly for employability enhancement in accordance with ProSculpt’s privacy and ethical standards.

Why This Collaboration Matters

For Avidus Academy of Management, the partnership strengthens its mission of nurturing competent, industry-ready graduates by integrating employability enhancement directly into the academic framework.

For students, the collaboration translates into career clarity, professional confidence, and improved placement outcomes. For ProSculpt, this partnership reinforces its commitment to transforming student journeys through structured assessments, meaningful insights, and future-ready skill development. This collaboration marks a significant step toward shaping career-ready, self-aware, and adaptable professionals capable of thriving in today’s competitive business landscape.
