Ltd., a Ma Foi & CIEL Group company, has entered into a formal Memorandum of Understanding with SDNB Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai, to deliver structured, technology-enabled career readiness and employability initiatives through ProSculpt, CIEL’s flagship career readiness platform.
The collaboration is designed to support students across academic levels through a dual-engagement model that combines large-scale competency assessment with focused, industry-aligned training and placement support. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening student preparedness for professional environments through data-backed interventions and structured development pathways.
SDNB Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai, is an A+ Grade NAAC-accredited autonomous institution affiliated with the University of Madras. Located in Chromepet, the college offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes across arts, commerce, management, and sciences.

As a key component of the collaboration, ProSculpt conducted the Communication Effectiveness Assessment (CEA) across 34 academic departments, covering both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The assessment reached 881 students, making it a comprehensive, institution-wide employability diagnostic initiative.
The CEA evaluated critical communication and professional competencies, including speech clarity, structure and flow, voice modulation, confidence, body language, audience engagement, storytelling ability, pacing, and overall message effectiveness. Each student received a structured assessment highlighting strengths and specific areas for improvement.
These insights enable students to clearly understand their communication readiness while providing the institution with actionable, data-driven inputs to support targeted skill development initiatives. Communication readiness being a core employability skill, the CEA establishes a strong foundation for interview performance, workplace effectiveness, and professional growth.
In addition to the large-scale assessment initiative, the collaboration includes the delivery of Industry Paper Training (IPT – HR) facilitated through ProSculpt. This programme is an instructor-led, immersive on-campus training model designed for first- and second-year postgraduate students of MA HRM and MSW.

Students participating in the IPT programme are onboarded onto the ProSculpt platform, enabling structured coordination of assessments, training, and placement readiness. The platform supports secure data handling, progress tracking, and centralized visibility for all stakeholders involved.
As part of the programme, students receive priority placement assistance, including facilitation for up to three core interviews per student, aligned with entry-level HR role benchmarks. This structured transition from training to placement strengthens employability outcomes while ensuring institutional alignment with industry needs.
