During the engagement, the ProSculpt team worked closely with the senior leadership and placement cell of Kingston Engineering College to co-design experiential, competency-based activities that expand student exposure to applied technologies and professional readiness. Through this partnership, students gained access to ProSculpt’s developmental environment, including structured assessment pathways, real-time performance feedback, and opportunities for on-site innovation execution. VIBEAITHON enabled them to refine technical solutions, apply behavioural and problem-solving competencies, and showcase their work to industry juries — all crucial steps in advancing career readiness.
Students received ongoing guidance from the dedicated ProSculpt HR and mentoring teams, which supported consistent progress across technical, communication, and behavioural competencies. High-performing participants were recognised with prizes worth over ₹1,00,000, on-the-spot industry immersion opportunities, and internship prospects, further strengthening their visibility among potential employers.
The collaboration introduces an integrated, data-driven employability process that aligns assessment, training, mentoring and placement. ProSculpt’s dashboards and evaluation tools provide real-time insights into student readiness, enabling targeted interventions and enhanced institutional visibility into capability development.
